Nothing like the venison you've had before. Our venison steaks are naturally lean, dark red meat that is full of flavor. These steaks are rich and tender, with notes of berries.  We recommend grilling or cooking on a cast iron skillet to medium rare. Two 4 oz steaks. Grass fed, pasture raised.
